What to Expect with Energy Balancing Sessions
Sessions can run up to 60 mins, each session will be different since each person and the main concern for the session changes.
Some of the issues being addressed may need multiple sessions. For example, acute issues are usually quicker to work through thus needing fewer sessions and time while Heart Walls can hold up to 40 or so Trapped Emotions but the body may only allow anywhere from 10-20 of those emotions to be released within 1 session.
All sessions come with a follow-up. This follow-up “mini” session is similar to an emotion code session but will be done on my time and the session notes will be emailed to you.
